Venue Hire

With two multi-purpose venues located in Corio, the Rosewall Community Centre (Sharland Road) and the Hendy St Hall, we have a range of spaces available for meetings, events, training sessions, and private functions (Hendy St only). Both venues have ample free off-street parking, are located on the #23 bus route, and are minutes from the Ring Road.

Spaces are available by the hour, by the day, or ongoing. Spaces include:

  • A variety of meeting rooms, training rooms and halls with capacity from 10 to 120
  • Art Studio, including pottery wheels, slab roller, electric kiln for public & private use
  • Fully equipped commercial kitchen

Additional equipment is available for hire on request - including smart TV* and whiteboards, laptops*, and a PA system* – for all your meeting, function and learning needs. Tables and chairs with flexible furniture configurations are available.

Accessibility

Both venues have accessible parking bays outside the venue, are wheelchair accessible, and on a single level. Accessible bathrooms, including showers, are available at both venues and Rosewall has a Changing Places facility, accessible during opening hours.

Rosewall has a hearing loop available and designated quiet areas are available for people with sensory sensitivity, autism, or anxiety. Designated areas are available for people to safely recharge their electric mobility scooter or wheelchair battery.

Extensive supply of cookware, appliances and crockery available
  • Prices start from $28 per hour
